WomenUp
Empowering women and girls through digital skills
Empowering women and girls through digital skills, confidence and opportunity. WomenUp is our digital empowerment programme supporting women and girls, particularly those from migrant, refugee, asylum-seeking and underserved communities. Through digital training, access to technology, mentoring and peer learning, participants develop the skills and confidence needed to pursue education, employment and greater independence. MEMA Impact Academy
Building skills, leadership and voices for social impact.
Building skills, leadership and voices for social impact. MEMA Impact Academy is our learning and leadership development programme for women, young people and emerging community leaders. Through practical training, mentoring and collaborative learning, participants strengthen their leadership, communication, advocacy and community-engagement skills. The Academy helps individuals recognise their potential, express their ideas confidently and create positive change within their communities. Roots of Strength
Rebuilding safety, confidence and wellbeing.
Rebuilding safety, confidence and wellbeing. Roots of Strength is our flagship women’s empowerment and community-safety programme. It supports migrant, refugee, asylum-seeking and culturally diverse women through safe, inclusive and supportive spaces. The programme addresses wellbeing, isolation, gender-based violence, access to rights and community participation. It also engages men, community leaders and allies in promoting women’s safety and shared responsibility. CAFAFUD
Using sport to promote safety, equality and belonging.
CAFAFUD is our sport-based community programme promoting gender equality, girls’ education, child safeguarding and social cohesion. The programme brings girls and boys, families and communities together through sport, education and dialogue. It uses collective participation to challenge harmful attitudes, prevent gender-based violence and encourage young people to become partners in building safer and more inclusive communities. SPIN
Preventing harm and building safer communities.
SPIN is our community-safety and prevention programme addressing gender-based violence, harmful behaviours and barriers to accessing support. Through awareness activities, education, community dialogue and partnerships, SPIN helps individuals recognise risks, understand their rights, access appropriate services and contribute to safer communities. BRIDGES
Connecting people, services and opportunities.
BRIDGES supports migrants, refugees, asylum seekers and underserved communities in overcoming barriers to information, services, participation and opportunity. The programme connects individuals with practical guidance, trusted organisations and community networks. It also strengthens collaboration between communities and service providers to make support more inclusive, accessible and responsive to lived experience. EmpowerHer
Breaking barriers, celebrating diversity.
EmpowerHer supports women from diverse cultural and social backgrounds to build confidence, strengthen their leadership and participate more fully in professional, community and public life. Through mentoring, workshops, networking and opportunities for visibility, the programme celebrates women’s resilience and helps participants progress from being consulted to being recognised as leaders and decision-makers.
